Olive trees, cypresses and lavender will give you the provencale feeling from the moment you enter through the gate. The southerly facing garden offers all you need for a relaxing holiday including a boulodrome and a large heated (on request) swimming pool. 2 wide terraces and a fully equipped summer kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, hob, barbeque etc) complete the outdoor setup.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms provide a direct view to the beautiful Mont Ventoux. A large living area with an open fireplace and access to the terrace provides nice views into the garden. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a dining place.

A separate room for laundry completes the villa.

The poolhouse offers an additional studio with a sleep for max 4 guests and also has its own bathroom.

All bedrooms, bathrooms incl the poolhouse studio are newly renovated in spring 2024 and equipped with modern beton ciré floors. AC is available in all bedrooms. The living area provides classical provencal tile floors.

Last not least the property also offers a carport to host up to 3 cars properly protected from the sun and behind the closed gate.

Modène is surrounded by wineyards and wineries are awaiting your visit. The Mont Ventoux is in vicinty no matter if you are a cyclist or simply go up to enjoy the view.
